1. Fill out enrollment interest

2. Tour St. Sophia
An Admissions Coordinator will be in touch with you to schedule a time to tour St. Sophia and and ask any questions you may have. Our view events are a great opportunity to meet some of our teachers and see our facility.

3. Apply Online
Once you have prayerfully considered becoming part of St. Sophia Classical Academy, apply online. Each application requires a $150 application fee.

4. Placement Testing & Interview
Each new student takes placement testing to ensure they are in the correct grade level for their abilities and comfort level. New students are also required to submit recommendation forms. Parents and students also paticipate in an admissions interview.

5. Shadow Day
Students are invited to attend a partial day at St. Sophia to learn more about the life of our school. This is a great opportunity for students to become comfortable with the structure of St. Sophia. Parents and students also paticipate in an admissions interview.

6. Admission
Once a child is accepted into St. Sophia Classical Academy they will receive an acceptance letter. Curriculum and supply fees are due June 1st of each school year, and if are unpaid will result in placement on the waitlist. We have class events and meet-ups in the summer to help new students jump right in and become part of the St. Sophia family!
